Aliens Colonial Marines gets a Massive 4GB PC Update, Improves Textures
Aliens Colonial Marines was a mess when it first launched, but that’s not stopping Gearbox from trying to fix the game’s many issues. The PC version of the game will be receiving a massive patch, that will improve textures and fix some of the game’s many bugs.
The update puts together many fixes from the formerly released console patch, then will had more fixes that will eventually come to the consoles. The PC version has “improved texture resolution” and “various visual improvments” to make not of, as well as mouse smoothing options.
The update is currently available on Steam, but Gearbox has stated that the update is huge, 4GB worth, so you might want to disable auto updates. The full patch notes can be found on the Gearbox forums.
Check out our own Hero the Impaler playing Aliens Colonial Marines on the Xbox 360. The game still sucks, but you can see it first hard yourself.

Still a hack job of a game. Gearbox should be ashamed and Sega should seek legal counsel for misuse of funds they gave gearbox.
Just my 2 cents
WTH is the WiiU version ?
Do you think that they are fixing the Wii U version secretly or do you think they just cancelled it?
I think the Wii U version is canned outright. But, you never know.
