Following in the footsteps of Dishonored, BioShock Infinite will be singleplayer experience only but will probably feature leaderboards, challenge rooms, and multiple difficulties to wet the appetites of gamers wanting more.
There had been rumors of BioShock Infinite hiring for multiplayer programmers but that rumor was squashed outright a couple months ago.
I’m actually glad BioShock Infinite is going with no multiplayer. We saw what multiplayer did to BioShock 2. It drained resources away from making the singleplayer game better.
