According to the game’s Twitter, this is what they had to say about a possible localization. “The voices from those folks aboard are definitely getting through!”
Back in January the game’s producer, Tomoya Asano said he was preparing things he wanted “everyone to look forward to,”
This is something I want to here. The 3DS needs more games to come over from Japan.
