Nintendo Wii U 2

LEGO City Undercover Receives a high Score in it’s First Review

GameInformer has published it’s first review of LEGO City Undercover for he Wii U. The magazine has scored the game highly, giving it a 8.5/10. More details about the review can be found below.

Jeff Cork, the man who reviewed the game, said it was one of the funniest games he has ever played. And, the replay value is fairly high. The platforming seems to be the game’s weakness, but the Wii U Gamepad is implemented nicely. Check out a sample of the review below.

It isn’t perfect, but I can’t think of another Wii U game that I’d recommend more than Lego City Undercover. It’s the most interesting and highly polished game in TT Games’ large repertoire, and it fills an important game gap. Now kids (and their parents) can tool around in a big town where people smile even as you almost run them over in an ice-cream truck.

-Game Informer’s Jeff Cork

I’m a bit on the fence about LEGO City Undercover. It looks really cool, but at the same time the combat and action look a bit slow for my tastes. I’m going to rent it first. Are you guys looking forward to this game?

    Well that's 1 less thing to hate on.
    I could tell by the trailers that this game would be funny which just adds to the overall charm. (;
