Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition Expected to Carry a Aussie R18+ Rating
Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition will be resubmitted for classification in Australia, for the hopes of getting a release two years after its original 2011 release.
“Warner Bros Entertainment Australia will be submitting the Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition for classification under the new R18+ classification category,” a representative told Gamespot.
The Komplete Edition of Mortal Kombat, came packed with all the DLC and new characters. The game has never been rated for Australia, but the SKU of Mortal Kombat was denied classification in 2011. Effectively banning the game from a release in Australia.
