Nintendo has no Answers to why Minecraft isn’t on Wii U and 3DS

Nintendo was recently questioned why Minecraft isn’t on Wii U or 3DS and it seems like something might be in the works.

“What can we say on that front? [laughs].”

“We’re big fans. We have a continuing relationship with Mojang, and respect all the work that they’re doing, but no announcements at this time.”

Minecraft would be excellent on Wii U, but we all know Mojang likes their exclusive deals and what not with Sony and Microsoft.

The fact they have a relationship with the developer at all means they have something in the works.

They updated the Wii U to have Java Support, so Minecraft would be able to migrate into the system rather easily.

Why would you ask Nintendo for this? Ask Mojang.

I think it's a perfect addition for the Wii U and its gamepad, but honestly, there's nothing to DO in Minecraft unless you have heaps of mods. Only then the game can somewhat entertain me. This is why I would MUCH RATHER Terraria come to the Wii U. Now THAT is a game that would be perfect for the Wii U's gamepad.

Yet Nintendo announced COD Ghosts for the Wii U.

    Dude, calm down.

If I want to play with Lego's, I've got an entire bin full of them.

Have never been interested in this game. But I know many people would actually buy it. Would be good to have on either of the systems.
