Nintendo Wins Wii Patent Lawsuit Case
According to trendygamers.com, Nintendo has won the lawsuit against Impulse Technology Ltd, who claimed that Nintendo had infringed one of their patents by using the Wii, Wii Remote, Wii Fit Plus, and the Balance Board. Based on the details, the lawsuit has been left abandoned due to Judge Games Gwin’s decision. Nintendo had defended their case well enough to win against Impulse.
