Splinter Cell Blacklist on PC will release at the same time the console versions are released says Ubisoft. 

Splinter Cell Blacklist was delayed to August, but Ubisoft now has a firm release date.

“The August 20 date is also for the PC version as well,” an Ubisoft representative told Rock Paper Shotgun.

Ubisoft hasn’t had the smoothest relationship with PC players in the recent years. The PC versions of their games often are missing features or content. Plus the small little issue of DRM choices. However, UPlay has now take the spot of always on DMR, and the PC ports like Assassin’s Creed 3 has all the Content the console versions have.
