Why does the voice that says “Bandai Namco” sound like Iwata?

I still can’t believe why Bandai Namco doesn’t bring any new Tales to a Nintendo console. Tales of Symphonia was one of the most enjoyable RPG’s in Wii, and as bad as the sequel’s changes was, it was still okay. I don’t think Tales of the Abyss didn’t do bad in 3DS either (though it was port of course). So why they don’t have the balls to bring any new Tales game to the Wii U, or perhaps port some of the old ones to the 3DS, I don’t understand. It’s not like Bandai and Nintendo have something against each other given their recent collaborations.

Graphics look good, but my biggest concern at the moment is with the main character. From the official pictures I’ve seen of her she looks as if she’s going to be a very serious character as in no fun all serious. I may be wrong and boy I hope I am.
