Uncharted 3′s multiplayer has went free-to-play till level 15, starting today in North America and tomorrow in Europe. 

Players can download the free multiplayer potion on the PS Store later today, and play as long as you want till level 15. Once you reach level 15, you can choose to raise the level cap to 25 or remove the cap using microtransactions.

The co-op arena and select modes are not included in the package, and must be purchased. Check out the PS Blog to see what comes free and what you have to pay for.
