Wii U Virtual Console Still in Development, Supports Off TV with Gamepad
Wii U has had a successful launch but the system is still missing the Wii U Virtual Console store. Nintendo has shed some light on the details of the store below.
A Nintendo rep told Kotaku ” We do not have any specifics to share at this time. However, we are moving ahead with development of Virtual Console for Wii U, and we plan to make it so you can play it on the Wii U GamePad alone.”
The Wii Virtual Console on the Wii U does not support GamePad play of off TV. Nintendo is looking to rectify that with the Wii U’s Virtual Console. I would love to play Chrono Trigger in the comfort of my bed!
