Yaiba Ninja Gaiden Z, Q&A with Keiji Inafune

Yaiba Ninja Gaiden Z is the newest Ninja Gaiden game, developed by legendary creator of Mega Man, Kenji Inafune. The team Ninja boss had a nice little chat with Inafune on the new game. Check it out below.

Yaiba Ninja Gaiden Z, is built on the Unreal Engine 3, which probably made development faster and easier to work with. Team Ninja boss Yosuke Hayashi and Keiji Inafune discussed the Unreal Engine deal a little bit in the video.

There is also new details on the game as well.

While I'm not a fan of overly violent games. I am a fan of Inafune, and that this game has chosen to use this neat over the top comic book art style, instead of looking realistic. If it comes to Wii U. Ill pick it up for sure.

I don't think it's coming to Wii U. But yeah it does look cool. The story looks cool as you have to hunt down Ryu.

The only problem I have with these modern Ninja Gaiden games is that they really arent Ninja Gaiden games. Back in the game Ninja Gaiden was an endurance game. Trying to navigate through levels that would make these days "hardcore" gamer wet themselves. Now its just a blood bath game. I'd like to see the series go back to it's roots.

True! I would love a new 2-D ninja Gaiden game, that focused on platforming and Ninja Skills.
