It's actually only ever been said that Hyrule Warriors has online; there was never any deconfirmation, so you guys can rest easy about that.

  There are reports both ways, and Francis said no online, so I went with that. I'm still not convince one way or another! Lol I'll believe it has online, when I'm playing the game online co-op with Derek Steelfox! : D

    Not talking about reports, talking about statements from Nintendo or Nintendo reps, and we've only ever had semi-official people say the game has online, but no one actually in-the-know has said anything against it. Francis admitted that his original article was based on conjecture. I'm more inclined to think that a feature that's standard amongst all other Warriors titles will need actual deconfirmation for me to be convinced that it's not coming.

      Fair enough. But don't you think that online co-op would have been a touted feature at E3?! Especially during the Live Treehouse demo of the game! I remember hearing that the game will have online leader boards, so why wouldn't they have talked about online co-op as well?! To answer my own question. . . one reason could be that Nintendo wants to reveal the online mode in a Hyrule Warriors dedicated Direct once the game is closer to launch, to help build HYPE! That's what I'm hoping for anyway! : )
