Dying Light Shifts over 5 Million Units Worldwide

Dying Light is one of the surprising new IPs released this generation. The zombie title has sold more than 5 million units worldwide. This includes PS4, Xbox One and PC sales at retail and digitally. Techland producer Tymon Smektala was surprised himself when he saw the numbers.

So we knew that Dying Light is a good game, we know it’s going to be successful, but that successful?,” Semktala told VideoGamer. “We are in the 10 best-selling games in the US right now for the first half of the year, so tremendous success. More than 5 million copies sold.”
