Pokken Tournament Launches in Japanese Arcades on July 16th, Weavile & Charizard Added
The Bandai Namco developed fighting game Pokken Tournament will launch on July 16th in Japan on Arcades. The launch build will add Charizard and Weavile just in time for release. Check out the full Pokken Tournament livestream and trailers for the new characters.

Pokémon Shuffle Coming to Mobile Devices, 3DS Version over 4.5 Million Downloads
Pokémon Shuffle will be heading to mobile devices this year the Pokémon Company has announced today. The 3DS version of Pokémon Shuffle has broke 4.5 million downloads as well. Pokemon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire Shipments top 7.7 Million
Pokemon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire had a successful Japanese and American launch, but it seems Europe went wild for the remakes as well. The Pokemon Company has announced that shipments for the Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire have topped 7.7 million units. Across Europe, the game sold 1.6 million units at launch. Pokken Tournament was announced today for Japanese Arcades in 2015. And while we didn’t get a release date for North America, or a confirmation of a Wii U version. I personally think that Pokken Tournament will definitely come to Wii U, hear why I think so below.

Famitsu Claims the Upcoming Pokemon Reveal next Tuesday will be “Shocking”
I already reported that The Pokemon Company will be making an announcement next Tuesday via NicoNico live-stream. But it seems Famitsu has slathered a ton of hype grease on this announcement saying it is “shocking”. The President of The Pokemon Company Tsunekazu Ishihara will be there, so it’s definitely going to be something big. However, weather this is gaming related is up in the air. Pokemon The Trading Card Game Online is Coming to iPad
I usually don’t report on mobile, but this one is kinda big. The Pokemon Company has confirmed that Pokemon The Trading Card Game Online is coming to iPad at some point. There will probably be microtransactions built into the game to help Nintendo and The Pokemon Company get an extra stream of revenue.

License Global, a popular publication that deals with the business aspects of the licensing industry, recently published their Annual Global Top 150 licensers. The Band of Thieves & 1000 Pokémon announced as a free 3DS eShop title in Japan
The latest CoroCoro magazine has revealed Nintendo will be releasing a free 3DS eShop titled The Band of Thieves & 1000 Pokémon based on the upcoming movie Diancie & The Cocoon of Destruction.
For a limited time, players will be able to download the free title on the 3DS eShop along with a special Pikachu starting from June 5, 2014. Players will utilize the 3DS StreetPass to collect Pokémon to battle the thieves Riot and Marilyn, the outcome of the battle will be determined by the number of Pokémon collected.
