Rumor – Grand Theft Auto 5 was once Prototyped for Wii U

Unseen64’s Liam Robertson has revealed that Grand Theft Auto 5 was once prototyped for Wii U. Robertson claims “a reliable source” said the prototype “was an earlier version of GTA 5.” It seems it was only a brief period when this took place. Via: Nintendo Everything, Source: Unseen64

Steam is having a MEGA bundle sale on SEGA games. You can pick up 93 titles from SEGA’s present and past, for just $80. This includes games like Toejam & Earl, Valkyria Chronicles, Sonic Generations, and more. Alien Isolation is not included in the bundle, but its only $12 on Steam. You can see the full list of titles here. SEGA said they were going to focus on PC and mobile more….. and it seems they are doing just that.

Toejam and Earl: Back in the Groove has been Funded on KickStarter


Humanature Studios has announced that Toejam and Earl: Back in the Groove, was successfully funded on KickStarter. With 23 hours left in the campaign, 7,910 backers have pledged $442,515 or their $400,000 goal. For the consoles, Humanature still needs to raise $600,000 for a PS4 port, $700,000 for a Xbox One port, and $800,000 for a Wii U port. Rumor – Resident Evil 7 Launching this Fall

Analytic research firm Super Data might have accidentally let out Resident Evil 7 is launching this fall. We already know Capcom is working on a new Resident Evil game, but what we didn’t know if the game is launching this year. Super Data says RE 7 and Halo 5 will be coming at the end of 2015.

“We anticipate this month’s downturn to level off during the coming few months, following a regular seasonal pattern but expect to see an upswing as the next editions of several major franchises like Halo and Resident Evil come out in the 2015 fall season.”

Wii U and PC Versions of Lucadian Chronicles have Cross Platform Multiplayer

Borderlands 2 has Surpassed 12 Million Units sold


GearBox CEO Randy Pitchford has revealed to IGN that Borderlands 2 has surpassed 12 million units sold. This includes the PS3, Xbox 360, PC and PS Vita versions of the game. More details and info can be found on IGN.
