Michael Pachter Shows no Class After Satoru Iwata’s Passing

I don’t report on Michael Pachter news because I find him to be an egotistical narcissist, that says crazy things just for attention. After Nintendo president and CEO Satoru Iwata passed away, Michael Pachter of course said something very disrespectful to Iwata on Twitter.

Then he continues to dig the hole deeper after his first stupid tweet:

Pachter finally admits his stupidity and writes a new tweet.

Not only was this disrespectful, but it shows Michael Pachter has NO class what-so-ever. The man died, and you lead off with airing your criticisms against him? You aren’t upset he died, you don’t care about his family. You’re a liar, and a joke Michael Pachter. And if I ever see you again in person like I did at E3 2014, I’ll tell you that to your face.

    I will be the first person to say that Iwata was stubborn and had issues adapting and adjusting to market changes. Even after his death, I still hold to this belief.

    However, Iwata has passed. I would NEVER post any business related comments when expressing my condolences. It is rude and inappropriate. There hasn’t even been a funeral for the man yet.

    That’s the amount of respect Pachter gave Iwata: nearly a word for word repeat of what B0nd said.

      The difference is Bond is just some dude in an attic. Pachter is supposed to be “professional” and you would have thought he would handle it like his peers. Geoff Keighley has been very critical of Iwata and Nintendo yet didn’t lead off like Pachter did.

    I never liked Pachter anyway, so his opinions are irrelevant. Nonetheless, this is downright disrespectful. He deserves to be called out.

    Come on dude, really? That’s not disrespectful to Iwata and his family, but to Nintendo, who you never liked in the first place, and to millions of nameless Nintendo fans who, like you, may not have agreed with Iwata, yet if they didn’t like the man, they’re being more respectful than you are.

I think it’s funny saying “There’s no point hiding from my past criticism.” You don’t have to hide from it, everyone knows you don’t like Nintendo but you didn’t have to put it out on display in this particular tweet either Mr. Pachter.       Questioning someone’s intelligence while not knowing how to spell. I think it’s fairly easy to see why people would get “offended” by this. Look at the responses from the person in the tweets.

      TBH, I think Blackb0nd’s worse. Calling himself a ‘real’ fan of ‘the old Nintendo’, while publishing videos titled things like: ‘The past greed and tyranny of Nintendo in the 80’s’ (or something like that) and ‘is this [Iwata’s death] going to allow Nintendo to enter a new direction?’. Not sure if Blackb0nd’s an idiot, a hypocrite, or just deliberately want’s to annoy Nintendo fans.

        He’s just a loser. Like, trying going on AlphaOmegaSin’s “where will Nintendo go from here?” Video, which was generally well received by fans.

        Blackb0nd, completely out of context, complained about the reception to his video, which was NOT received well at all. It really speaks to all of us how seriously he takes trolling on YouTube.

        Even I, who am online constantly do NOT attack people the way he does, on an hourly basis. He really can’t be doing much else with his life.
