Rocket League will come to Other Platforms, says Psyonix

Rocket League has exceeded 5 million downloads to date across PC and PS4. And with that success, Psyonix and now ready to bring the title to other platforms, although he didn’t mention any particular platform.

“Now that the game is doing as well as it’s doing and people really want to see, we’ve focused on this,” he said. “We’re now in a position that we can expand our team. We are absolutely, 100 percent going to other platforms. What those platforms are and when we’ll come to them, I don’t know yet.”

“If the game can work on the platform and we can responsibly get that game working on a platform, we will never say never to any of the platforms that are current-gen. Anything is possible.”

    ah rocket league the only UE3 game I would buy and watch as the wii u can’t handle this either! /s but really though I WISH this came to wii u but watch they will say “it can’t handle it” despite it using UE3 like oh I don’t know ARKHAM KNIGHT?

      Bigger indie games don’t always skip the Wii U - it is getting Yooka-Laylee, Mighty No. 9 and a few others, after all.

        sure they do stop lying. nobody cares for yooka-laylee (as much as I like old school rare games) and mighty no. 9…. yeah watch it be mediocre as I heard from people. Plus no red ash? screw them! I’d rather have rocket league a well known indie game people keep talking about over lesser know trash like meme run and cubemen 2. I’m talking terreria big and terraria is MUCH bigger than those two games COMBINED! get a ps4 you say? ummmm. how about NO! I’d rather quit gaming then give sony’s overrated ps4 MY money! sorry. BYE! ;P

          It’s hard to say nobody cares for Yooka-Laylee when the game was funded in just 40 minutes. Think you need to calm down a bit, man. I never even mentioned whether the Wii U could handle Rocket League…
